NOVEMBER 12th!
We have a job!! We've been waiting to hear from Sgt. Kaup when one of the 5 jobs Joey requested opens up. So we didn't have to wait long! The job Joey will be doing is called computer systems operator. It's not physical therapy but we could wait another year and it might not open. The computer job is one with set hours allowing Joey to finish up his BA at whatever university we're around. So now we have some dates! Joey starts basic training on November 12th. It is 8 1/2 weeks long in Texas so he'll be done around the second week of January. I'll be living with mom and dad while he is gone. After Basic training is the tech school. Computer tech school is in Mississippi. We'll be there for about three months and then they'll give Joey his assignment and we'll move who knows where! We are so excited for this adventure!

Texas! We are in Texas! You should look us up when you get here...wait, you will be at your parents house, and we will be visiting in WA for Christmas...maybe I'll see you then! December is a good time to be in Texas.
